Seanergy Paris > Meet 11 Breton ORE players on the Bretagne Ocean Power pavilion!

Seanergy 2025 – entreprises(3)

At Seanergy, come and meet Brittany’s Offshore Renewable Energy players and find out about current projects in Brittany on stand D52! 10 companies and 1 industrial cluster already involved in ORE projects in France and abroad will be gathered together in a Bretagne Ocean Power pavilion. Seize the chance to discover their expertise!

With its natural and industrial potential, Brittany is a very active and committed region in all Offshore Renewable technologies, from floating and fixed wind power to wave and tidal energy:

– A pioneer in floating wind power with Pennavel, Europe’s 1st commercial project in south Brittany, and dedicated port infrastructures with the BrestPort MRE terminal and the Lorient service port, both focused on floating technology.

– Building on the experience acquired with Brittany’s 1st offshore wind farm, the Ailes Marines wind farm and its 62 wind turbines in the Baie de Saint-Brieuc.

– Home of ocean energy, with a strong support for the development of tidal and wave technologies:

– the France’s first grid-connected in Ushant island,

– more than 500 MW of tidal energy potential,

– potential for wave energy project, offhore and onshore,

– and test sites to support the development of these technologies.

Brittany supports the ORE development on its land, and the companies in the region’s supply chain have excellent know-how.

Brittany’s ambition in offshore renewable energies

With the longest coastline in France, powerful currents, regular winds and the largest tides in Europe, Brittany has exceptional potential for testing, experimenting and exploiting different sources of offshore wind and marine energies. To reduce its energy dependency and combat global warming, the Brittany Region is pursuing a proactive policy to promote the development of all offshore renewable technologies. An opportunity to take a look of all current projects and actions.

The presentation will be followed by a cocktail reception

in the presence of :
