From 8 to 10 April 2025, the major players in offshore wind energy will be meeting at WindEurope – one of Europe’s leading wind energy events. It’s an opportunity for representatives of the French supply chain to raise their profile by exhibiting on the French Pavilion. Bretagne Ocean Power was there, on behalf of Breton companies.
Along with its partners from France Offshore Renewables, Bretagne Ocean Power was at WindEurope in Copenhagen this year. Over 8,000 participants and 350 exhibitors attended this major European event for offshore and onshore wind power. Gathered on the French Pavilion under the France Offshore Renewables banner, Bretagne Ocean Power was able to represent the region’s companies to the sector’s major players and give visibility to Brittany’s MRE sector.
With France Offshore Renewables bringing together companies from Normandy, Pays de la Loire, Aquitaine, Occitanie, Sud Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur and Brittany, there are more than 500 French companies represented, an innovative, committed and resolutely international ecosystem, with a single point of entry making it easier for contractors and international players to make contact.
A number of prime contractors made no mistake, including RWE, who came to the France Offshore Renewables stand with several of its leading partners to talk to French companies.
