Valuable assets for the Brittany
Brittany holds many valuable assets for the development of MREs: technical and economic potential all along its coastline, a strong maritime tradition, businesses with a high a capacity for adaptation and proactive support from the regional government… The Bretagne Regional Council has invested in MREs since 2012, sponsoring the creation of an MRE terminal at the Port of Brest to accommodate MRE-related industrial activities. In this vein, it adopted a particularly ambitious political roadmap in 2016.
